The "Name" column shows the kiosk's display name. This one can use a particular naming if you wish. You can choose the name of your kiosks to better distinguish them.
The "identifier" column shows the serial number of the kiosk. This identifier cannot be changed.
The "Description" column shows the type of device in the main controller.
The "Extension" column shows how many extensions are connected to the controller.
The "Model" column indicates the type of controller model installed. (6 Tablet, 6 Laptop, 10 Tablet or 10 Laptop)
The "Disabled" column indicates whether the kiosk has been deactivated by an administrator. ("No" means the kiosk is not disabled)
The "Site" column shows the branch or location.
The structure of the database goes as follow: Organization/Site/Kiosk (e.g. Stay connected/ Stay connected Montreal, Stay connected Toronto and then kiosk would be assisated to sites)
The "Heartbeat" column shows the last time the kiosk contacted the Dashboard to make sure the kiosk is online.
The "Docked" column shows the number of devices that are currently inserted and detected in the kiosk.
The "Rented" column shows the number of devices that are currently being used by users.
The slots column shows the total number of slots available in the kiosk and it's extensions.
The "Defectives" column shows the total number of devices that have statuses other than "available" such as: Restore Delayed, Malfunction or Need User Reset. If there's device in defectives, please make sure to process with the maintenance if you have an admin card and can refer to the "Maintenance Guide" if needed.
The "Status" and "State" columns indicate the status of the kiosk, here are the most common statuses:
- Kiosk Running: The kiosk is online and functional
- Kiosk No Response: Unanswered kiosk (offline or unstable connection)
- Disconnected: Offline or powerless
